Reservations and Cancellations:
- Cancellation by the customer: Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity and receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refundable 25% of the purchase’.
- Cancellation by e-kayakcanarias: In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that make the activity unsafe or unfeasible, e-kayakcanarias reserves the right to cancel the activity. In this case,customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the activity for another date.
Changes to Reservations:
- Customers may request changes to their reservation (date or time) up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity,subject to availability.
- e-kayakcanarias will make every effort to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee availability.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.
Damages and Losses:
- Customers are responsible for any damage or loss caused to kayaks or equipment during the activity for irresponsible use or behaviour .
- In the event of damage or loss, an additional charge may be applied to the customer to cover repair or replacement costs.
Insurance:
- All customers must sign a liability waiver before participating in the activity.
- The liability waiver outlines the inherent risks of the activity and releases e-kayakcanarias from any liability for injuries or damages incurred outside the activity.
